Connect Housing - Homes, Communications, Cultures is strongly committed to consulting and involving tenants and actively seeks their opinion on any changes in our policies or our way of working.

Connect Housing Residents' Federation was formed in October 2000 and is a corporate member of the Association. This entitles them to a vote to elect members of the Board of Management. The Federation is involved in a wide range of work alongside Connect Housing to improve the quality of homes and services which include service delivery, house design and policies.

An annual plan of what Connect Housing Residents Federation aims to achieve in 2005 will be made available to you once finalised by the Committee.
