The Benefits

We have an excellent benefits package, and we are always looking at creative and cost effective ways to enhance this – all ideas welcome!

Holiday: Everyone is entitled to 28 days from day 1 – our holiday year is 1 April to 31 March and if you join us part way during the year, your holiday will be pro-rata.

Pension: We have one of the best salary based contributory pension schemes around – and have no intention of ending it. With the company paying 12.5% of your gross salary each month into the scheme, you’d be mad not to!

Child Care: We know how expensive providing day care for the little darlings can be, so we provide £30 per week, per child up to age 5 on top of salary, just to help things along a bit. Plus we provide access to a salary sacrifice scheme for over 5's that save you money on tax and National Insurance contributions.*

Computer Loans: How does very low interest loan of up to £2,000 sound? If you want to improve your IT skills, or just trade up, we can help (subject to the usual small print).

Flexible working: We're all for it and back this commitment up with a mix of options ranging from part-time through to home working. Flexi-time comes as standard!

Blue Sky Training: The blue sky's the limit - literally for one person who used their £50 annual allowance towards helicopter flying lessons! Everyone gets this every year and providing you are learning something - anything goes. It doesn't have to be work related - in fact we insist it isn't.

Healthcare: Once you've completed your probationary period, you'll be enrolled onto our healthcare cash plan at no cost to you. You get money back on everyday health expenses such as optical, dental plus health checks, physiotherapy, chiropractor etc. etc. Plus you can upgrade by contributing as little as £1 a week extra to increase your cash allowances, or add your partner.*

These are just a few of the many benefits we offer - to find out more, come and work for us - you know you want to!

*Some of these benefits are not currently in place and will be available from December 2007

Our Offices

Both our office bases lie in the heart of some Britain’s most stunning scenery, with easily accessible links to other major towns and cities.

Leeds
One of the most exciting cities in the North, Leeds boasts award-winning architecture, nightclubs that put Ibiza to shame and even a Harvey Nichols. Organisations as diverse as The Royal Armouries and the Department of Social Services have chosen to relocate to Leeds bringing massives boosts to an already thriving economy. It's also home to more than 75 nationalities and one of the largest University campuses in Europe. You'll find our 1920s refurbished offices in the heart of culturally diverse Harehills. Leeds has fantastic train and road links across the North and is just two hours from London.

Huddersfield
A town with a glorious past, and a bright future. During the Industrial Revolution, it built an enviable international reputation on a first class textiles industry, which still exists today in the form of world renowned companies and the recently opened Textile Centre of Excellence, the region’s state-of-the-art technology training centre. The town also has a strong base in the chemical and engineering industries. With over 30,000 full and part-time students, Huddersfield is a centre for learning for all ages. The University of Huddersfield has an excellent reputation both in the UK and abroad, and attracts students far and wide. Plus, with three further education colleges and Universities of the first and third ages, Huddersfield is a vibrant student town which recognises the importance of nurturing the talents of its citizens at all stages of life. You'll find our Huddersfield offices in the town centre, convenient for public transport and the usual town centre attractions.
